DOWN HOME DAYS

Held on May 16, 2015. Down Home Days is a time for family and friends to come together and have a good time. There will be live music, parades, dancing, and Arts & Crafts.


WAR BETWEEN THE STATES DAY

Held during the 3rd weekend in September featuring Living History Demonstrations, Parades, and Arts & Crafts. Activities during the day will include re-enactors demonstrating refugee camp life, artillery firing, soldier camp life and period food. Refugee camps will represent life for area farm families affected by the battle. There will also be tours of the Gordon Lee Mansion.


CHRISTMAS IN THE STREETS

The Christmas in the Streets & the Down Home Hillbilly Parade will be held on December 12, 2015 at 10am-8pm . There will be live music featuring Amber Fults and Christmas Music will be performed by our community churches, contests, craft vendors, food, games, and parade.
